Pinehurst: Erected in 1889 by Henry L. Wardwell. Materials used were all local except for the stairway which came from NYC.

Otsego Golf Course/ Club House, 1894. One of the oldest golf courses in the country, formed on the land of Leslie Pell Clarke (Swanswick) and Henry L Wardwell (Pinehurst).

The Chyle Hole is a sink hole, 12 feet deep and about 80 yards in circumference. During the spring thaw it can expand to cover several acres, later escaping through crevices in the limestone bottom.
